While in transit, truck drivers face fear of theft when they leave their vehicle to stop for rest and food. This is very common, as there is always a possibility of their possessions, vehicle or diesel getting stolen in their absence. And hence, most truck drivers avoid stopping for food and rest and end up being on the road without adequate sleep or food and this leads to a number of fatal accidents. Driver Seva Kendra realizes such problems and provides perfect solution to such problems as here the drivers face no such fears regarding the safety of their possessions as there are appointed security guards to keep watch on their belongings and vehicles. The Driver Seva Kendra is set up over an expanse of about 50 acres of land and comprises of about 7 buildings.

• Ten barbers have been hired to give their services at the Seva Kendra.
